Under what conditions can I benefit from the discount given to members?
In order to be able to benefit from the discount granted to Laborama members, you have to meet the following conditions:
- You are a member of Laborama on th 1st of September 2020
- You have paid your members contribution for the year 2020
- You will remain a member of Laborama at least for the year 2021
- You have no outstanding debt toward Laborama (with the exception of an accepted dispute)
When can I register as a participant at LABORAMA 2021?
Registration for exhibiting at LABORAMA 2021 will start on November 1, 2020. From this day on, booths can be reserved via expo.laborama.be.
In case a member of Laborama and a non-member of Laborama register on the same day, the Laborama member will have first choice in the booth assignment.
How can I register for LABORAMA 2021as an exhibitor?
You can register to Laborama, by completing the registration form that you find online on our website http://expo.laborama.be. After sending the registration form you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration .
Without this acknowledgement from the organisor your registration is not valid.
After registration you will also receive a password and login code for the exhibitors manual, where you will be able to place orders for the organisation of the logistics of LABORAMA. These order forms will be accessible as from January 2021 onwards.
What surface can be booked at LABORAMA 2021?
The minimum surface that can be booked is 12m² (1 module).
The maximum surface that can be booked is 120m² (10 modules).
The panes of the booths are 1m x 2,40m with at the top and bottom a frame of 5cm which brings the total height to 2,5m.
The free width between te profiles used to set up the booth is 95cm. At the front a frieze frame of 14cm height is mounted.
