ChemSPX, part of BRS, and TECNIC (Spain) will collaborate in the fields of high-end bioreactors and up- and downstream processing.

Bioreactors play a crucial role in biotechnology, creating controlled environments conducive to the growth of living cells and micro-organisms. TECNIC (Spain, since 2011) is committed to being flexible to the specific needs of each laboratory, and adapts its offer to meet the various production specifications. TECNIC offers products in a varied range, divided into three categories (upstream and downstream, single-use and multiple-use):
- eLAB®, with capacities ranging from 1 to 5 liters
- ePILOT®, with capacities from 10 to 50 liters
- ePROD®, with capacities from 100 to 5000 liters

ChemSPX offers full support in the Benelux to help you with these products, including commissioning and validation, from factory evaluation tests to qualifications. We focus on consulting and maintenance of installed products.
For downstream treatment, filtration membranes range in size from 0.1 m2 to 65 m2 and can be installed in cassette or hollow-fiber configurations.
Integrated modules for steam sterilization (SIP) and cleaning-in-place (CIP) are available for all systems (pilot and production). They can also be complemented by equipment from the ePLUS® series.
