Important reminders

Electricity

You must order an electricity connection (Easybox) yourself via the webshop, where you can also order furniture, stand materials, wall printing, etc. You will have received login details for this from Brussels Expo. If you have not received a link, please contact us.

Please note: indicate on the plan in the webshop where you would like the connection to be located. If you wish to move the connection to another location/corner of your stand during construction, Brussels Expo will charge additional costs for this.

Exhibitor training

On February 24, we are organising an exhibitor training. This training is free of charge. You may send up to three people. During the session, participants will receive tips and advice on how to behave at the stand, networking, approaching cold contacts, optimising questions, increasing the number of leads, etc. The training will take place from 10 a.m. at Rode Bol Events, Sint-Denijslaan 485, 9000 Ghent. (Duration approx. 2 hours - language: English). Participants will also receive a training certificate for this course.

If you have something to announce: a new product, a new service, an innovation, etc., let us know: we will publish it on our website.

Presentation in our Social Room

If you want to draw more attention to your product launch or would like to give a demo, book your time slot in our Social Room. Please note that there are only a few slots left. First come, first served (costs €200).

Can visitors see the equipment in action – or better still – operate it themselves? Let us know: we will highlight this with a landmark/balloon at your stand and a special mention on the floor plan. Add the description to your profile (under the company presentation fields).

Entrance tickets for set-up and dismantling

You can use the above link + code to order access tickets for vehicles (lorries, vans, cars) to be used during set-up and dismantling.

The tickets obtained are valid on Wednesday 18/03 from 12 noon to 10 p.m. and on Friday 20/03 from the arrival of the convoy until 10 p.m.

The codes are unique and one code per vehicle (number plate) must be requested.

You can request them now, but you can also do so on the morning of departure or upon arrival at Brussels Expo. So if you are renting a (delivery) van, you can still request the tickets when you pick up the rental vehicle.

We apologise to those who have already submitted numbers via Google Form. These numbers will be cancelled. You will therefore need to order the access tickets yourself.

Provide information about the company name, stand personnel (badges), use of Lead Capture, PO number for invoicing, number of participants, exhibitor drinks, etc.
