UPDATE COVID-19
Because the safety and health of everyone participating in Laborama, be it as an exhibitor, visitor or other, is of utmost importance, the Laborama Board of Directors has decided to reschedule the trade fair.
The new date for Laborama is 11 and 12 June 2020
We are looking forward to welcome you in Hall 1 of Brussels Expo.
Laborama will continue to closely follow developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and official information that is available. Any measures required will be taken following the guidelines issued by the Belgian government.
Our priority is always on safeguarding health and safety. That is why we have taken the following safety measures will be installed at the coming Laborama:
- Hand-disinfection products will be placed (as usual) in all bathrooms
- Extra hand-disinfection dispensers will be placed in the exhibition hall
- 2 air-disinfectant units will be installed in the exhibition hall
- First aid employees of Brussels Expo are instructed on how to identify symptoms and deal with any possible cases
- Awareness campaign on personal hygiene
- Clean up crews will be present during opening hours to keep all public spaces such as catering points clean & disinfected
As for all on-site attendees and guests we advise to follow these precautions:
- Avoid close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections
- Frequent hand washing, especially after direct contact with ill people or their environment
- People with symptoms of acute respiratory infection should practice cough etiquette (maintain distance, cover coughs and sneezes with disposable tissues or clothing, and wash hands)
- Avoid handshaking or excessive contact, a simple verbal greeting, or fist bump will do
